B N Fasteners spends approximately 2% of its turnover on R&D, innovation and New Product Development (NPD). BNF R&D department develops an average of 50 products in a Month.

We specialise in Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) & Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). Our products adhere to ISO 9001:2008. Our designs are also verified using various techniques such as FMEA, GD &T, QFD, and international standards like JIS.

We have a dedicated testing laboratory. We use software like Pro E, AutoCAD, and NX Unigraphics to create defect-free designs with exact specifications. Our products undergo comprehensive product validation and endurance limit tests. We monitor our products and provide maintenance at the customer’s end when necessary.

We have the capability of making prototype samples for our customers so that they can check the fit and finish and then finalise the design.

We have a full-fledged testing facility to check the product performance, durability, & reliability.

Meeting every customer requirement is our philosophy. We pride ourselves on meeting delivery time, producing products with defect-free design, and developing a maximum number of products. 

All the above activities are supported by a team of skilled & experienced design engineers. They have immense experience in their fields of operations and strive to meet customer expectations.
